La necesidad de aprender y crear conocimiento es innata del ser humano, desde principio de los tiempos se ha intentado responder a la pregunta ¿cómo aprenden los humanos ?, se han estudiado: corrientes, modelos y métodos, que han pasado desde la razón , el empirismo, el conductismo , la educación liberadora y hasta pasar por el constructivismo y muchas otras corrientes nuevas, pero en realizada alejándonos de pensamientos sociales y filosóficos, lo único claro es que no hemos logrado entender como aprenden nuestros estudiantes, si hacemos lo contrario a lo que ofrece la educación tradicional, como todo en la vida tenemos 90% de probabilidad de triunfar. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un primer abordaje con estudiantes de medicina, indagando sobre sus preferencias en actividades diarias y de estudio, para lograr entender cuáles son los estilos del aprendizaje preferidos y cuáles son las tendencias a la hora de aprender. La encuesta aplicada fue semicerrada. Resultados: Los estudiantes no se lograron clasificar en un solo estilo del aprendizaje, mostraron habilidades compartidas y preferencias diversas a la hora de aprender e interactuar en con su medio, más del 50% de los estudiantes prefieren el trabajo individual al colaborativo, se demostró el diferente uso de inteligencias para apropiar el conocimiento, sin lograr determinar que la mayoría tiene o usan el mismo tipo de inteligencia.

Abstract
The need to learn and create knowledge is innate of the human being, since the beginning of time it has tried to answer the question how do humans learn? They have been studied: currents, models and methods, which have passed from reason, empiricism , in behaviorism, liberating education and even going through constructivism and many other new currents, but in carried out moving away from social and philosophical thoughts, the only thing clear is that we have not managed to understand how our students learn, if we do the opposite of what offers traditional education, like everything in life we have a 90% probability of succeeding. Materials and Methods: A first approach was made with medical students, inquiring about their preferences in daily activities and study, in order to understand what the preferred learning styles are and what the trends are when it comes to learning. The survey applied was semi-closed. Results: The students could not be classified into a single learning style, they showed shared skills and diverse preferences when learning and interacting with their environment, more than 50% of the students prefer individual to collaborative work, it was demonstrated that different use of intelligences to appropriate knowledge, without being able to determine that the majority have or use the same type of intelligence.
