Ítem Propuesta para la implementación de un sistema fotovoltaico en proyectos de vivienda de interés social. Caso estudio: Alejandría Real VIII. Mosquera, Cundinamarca.(Universidad El Bosque, 2019) Gaitán Moya, David Santiago; Vargas Ramírez, Elkin Gíovanny; Guerrero Useda, María EugeniaThe lack of projects for new technologies and clean energy generation is concerned to different energy sources, especially when multiple factors put in risk the country's energetic security due to the dependence on fossil fuels. This situation opens a window for new opportunities to develop non ocnventional energy sources. In the study case of this work, the implementation of a photovoltaic system in a social interest housing project (VIS) such as Alejadría Real VIII is analyzed in terms of environmental resources availability such as solar radiation (4,5 kWh/m2) and energetic potential of the área, showing that it is within the national average. The challenge was mainly related with the coupling of different economic sectors to a photovoltaic proposal assuring its sustainability, profitability and environmental benefit. It was carried out a bibliographical research on different sources of information in order to obtain theoretical data about the energetic potential, supporting in the use of applied softwares as ArcGis and AutoCAD. Then, was developed a system composed of 672 panels being able to replace nearly 49% of the energy demand. Finally, was included a financial and environmental evaluation, based on indicators as the IRR rate obtaining 11% and 32% and the NPV that can reach up to fourteen billion pesos, besides, the carbon footprint estimation, where were included different emission factors to determine the reduction of GHG emissions associated to the project and generate equivalences that allow a better understanding of the carbon footprint.
