| dc.description.abstract | El texto presenta un proceso investigativo acerca del entrenamiento físico actoral, pensado como un proceso dramatúrgico que parte de un esquema general o estructura externa y desarrolla su estructura interna, a partir de la selección de ejercicios físicos y creativos orientados al fortalecimiento de la expresividad del actor de acuerdo a su necesidades, las cuales derivan también de las necesidades que demanda el proceso creativo. De este modo se manifiesta y se hace evidente la necesidad del entrenamiento físico para el actor, muchas veces subestimado por parte de los jóvenes actores en proceso de formación. Es precisamente desde este lugar, como estudiante a puertas de finalizar mi proceso de formación actoral, que busco dar cuenta del valor del entrenamiento por medio de la teoría y la práctica, haciendo además una reflexión ética frente a la autodisciplina, factor fundamental del que depende la continua preparación de un actor. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The text presents an investigative process about the physical training of actors, thought as a dramatic process that starts from a general scheme or external structure and develops its internal structure, from the selection of physical and creative exercises aimed at strengthening the expressiveness of the actor according to his needs, which also derive from the needs that the creative process demands. In this way the need for physical training for the actor is manifested and made evident, often underestimated by the young actors in the process of training. It is precisely from this place, as a student on the verge of completing my acting training process, that I seek to account for the value of training through theory and practice, In addition, ethical reflection on self-discipline, a fundamental factor on which the continuous preparation of an actor depends. | eng |
