Resumen
"Serenata para el alma" es un proyecto que nace desde el interior, buscando suplir la necesidad que la mayoría de seres humanos tienen de expresar sus sentimientos hacia los seres que aman. En este caso, el compositor detrás del proyecto expresa cómo siente y vive su relación con 4 personas muy importantes en su vida, realizando el arreglo de 4 canciones de su autoría. Los arreglos de estas canciones están inspirados en elementos musicales del mariachi y el neo soul, géneros musicales que se caracterizan por su inclinación hacia el sentimiento, el "Feeling" y la expresividad, conceptos que acompañan de forma adecuada esta dedicatoria.
Tanto el mariachi como el neo soul son géneros identitarios, el primero representativo de México y el segundo de la cultura afroamericana. A pesar de sus orígenes distintos, ambos géneros han enriquecido otros estilos musicales y han abierto las puertas a nuevas sonoridades. El compositor detrás de este proyecto aprovecha la versatilidad de estos dos géneros, que a primera escucha podrían parecer distantes, pero que pueden convivir juntos. Es en este punto donde busca enriquecer su lenguaje como músico e iniciar la búsqueda de un sonido propio.

Abstract
“Serenata para el alma” is a project that is born from the inside, seeking to meet the need that most human beings have to express their feelings towards the beings they love. In this case, the composer behind the project expresses how he feels and lives his relationship with 4 very important people in his life, making the arrangement of 4 songs of his authorship. The arrangements of these songs are inspired by musical elements of mariachi and neo soul, musical genres that are characterized by their inclination towards sentiment, "Feeling" and expressiveness, concepts that appropriately accompany this dedication.
Both mariachi and neo soul are identity genres, the first representative of Mexico and the second of Afro-American culture. Despite their different origins, both genres have enriched other musical styles and have opened the doors to new sounds. The composer behind this project takes advantage of the versatility of these two genres, which at first listen might seem distant, but can coexist together. It is at this point where he seeks to enrich his language as a musician and begin the search for his own sound.
