dc.description.abstractEl informe de práctica empresarial que se presenta a continuación tiene como objetivo general ilustrar al lector sobre la política nacional del océano y de los espacios costeros y como objetivo específico mostrar los diferentes procedimientos que se siguieron para la evaluación y ajuste de las hojas metodológicas utilizadas para el desarrollo del Sistema Nacional de Información Oceánica y Costera, SINOC, trabajo específico al que se dedico la práctica empresarial. El primer capítulo corresponde a la justificación donde se llevará a cabo una descripción general del SINOC y la importancia de un proyecto como este para la conservación de los recursos naturales dentro del marco del desarrollo sostenible, así como la pertinencia para el ejercicio de la ingeniería ambiental. En el segundo capítulo se presentaran los objetivos que guiaron la evaluación y actualización del SINOC. Para continuar en el tercer capítulo se presenta la Política Nacional del Océano y de los Espacios Costeros abarcando algunas de sus generalidades, de la misma manera en el cuarto capitulo se presenta el Sistema nacional de Información Oceánica y Costera. El quinto capitulo aborda la presentación del marco teórico, basado en la teoría que fundamenta los ajustes de las hojas metodológicas. En el capitulo sexto se desarrolla la metodología que orienta los ajustes de las hojas. El capítulo séptimo muestra los resultados del proceso de evaluación y ajuste de las hojas metodológicas, justificando los procesos para la actualización. El texto se complementa con el capítulo octavo en el cual se llevan a cabo la discusión de los resultados, en este aparte se identificaran recomendaciones pertinentes para mejorar el proceso. Este informe se cierra con las conclusiones, producto final del desarrollo de la práctica empresarial, en donde se evidencia la importancia de la ingeniería ambiental en la gestión estatal y con las recomendaciones donde se abordará el sistema desde la perspectiva de la ingeniería ambiental con el objetivo de determinar posibles mejoras y cambios.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following business practice report has the general objective of illustrating the reader about the national ocean and coastal space policy and the specific objective of showing the different procedures followed for the evaluation and adjustment of the methodological sheets used for the development of the National Oceanic and Coastal Information System, SINOC, the specific work to which the business practice was dedicated. The first chapter corresponds to the justification where a general description of SINOC and the importance of a project like this for the conservation of natural resources within the framework of sustainable development, as well as the relevance for the exercise of environmental engineering will be carried out. The second chapter presents the objectives that guided the evaluation and updating of SINOC. The third chapter presents the National Ocean and Coastal Spaces Policy, covering some of its generalities, and the fourth chapter presents the National Ocean and Coastal Information System. The fifth chapter deals with the presentation of the theoretical framework, based on the theory that supports the adjustments of the methodological sheets. The sixth chapter develops the methodology that guides the adjustments of the sheets. The seventh chapter shows the results of the evaluation and adjustment process of the methodological sheets, justifying the updating processes. The text is complemented by the eighth chapter, which discusses the results and identifies pertinent recommendations for improving the process. This report closes with the conclusions, final product of the development of the business practice, where the importance of environmental engineering in state management is evidenced and with the recommendations where the system will be approached from the perspective of environmental engineering with the objective of determining possible improvements and changes.eng
