Resumen
El modelo del Aprendizaje Significativo o Aprendizaje Centrado en el estudiante, según Ausubel refiere que este modelo, es la asociación que tiene el estudiante para relacionar los conceptos de los cuales ya tenía información previa y la nueva que el docente le brinda. Los estudiantes de Instrumentación Quirúrgica de esta universidad privada en Colombia están en capacidad de relacionar los conocimientos impartidos, por sus docentes junto con procesos investigativos adquiridos propiamente en el desempeño de su formación integral. A pesar de que este modelo ya lleva tiempo implementando en el programa no se ha hecho evidente unas recomendaciones ni unas experiencias dadas por los docentes, de la manera como desarrollan sus clases bajo el modelo de aprendizaje significativo. En este proyecto se describirán las experiencias de los docentes del programa frente a la aplicación del modelo de Aprendizaje Significativo en el curso de Fundamentos Quirúrgicos para la formación de profesionales en Instrumentadores Quirúrgicos, se identificarán los pilares del aprendizaje significativo y de qué manera intervienen en la formación de instrumentadores quirúrgicos, se recopilará la percepción de los docentes frente al aprendizaje significativo. Y se dará a conocer la integración del docente basado en las experiencias, el aprendizaje significativo en la formación del estudiante en fundamentos quirúrgicos. Para ello se hará uso de una Metodología de estudio de tipo cualitativo la cual nos permite interactuar oralmente con los docentes y hacer uso de cada uno de sus puntos de vista con un consentimiento informado previamente y una serie de entrevistas a profundidad en la cual no se revelará identidad alguna del participante en el Proyecto de Investigación. Con el presente proyecto de investigación, se generará un alto impacto en la formación de los profesionales de Instrumentación Quirúrgica, De igual instancia se verán beneficiados todos los docentes del Programa de Instrumentación Quirúrgica porque van a poder conocer las experiencias de sus compañeros. Es importante esta investigación porque la forma en que se eduque y genere conocimiento en los estudiantes que están en formación será reflejada en el desempeño como profesional.

Abstract
The Significant Learning or Student-Centered Learning model, according to Ausubel refers that this model is the association that the student has to relate the concepts of which they already had previous information and the new one that the teacher provides. Surgical Instrumentation students at this private university in Colombia are able to relate the knowledge imparted by their teachers together with investigative processes properly acquired in the performance of their comprehensive training. Despite the fact that this model has been implemented in the program for some time, no recommendations or experiences given by teachers have become evident in the way they develop their classes under the meaningful learning model. This project will describe the experiences of the teachers of the program in the application of the Significant Learning model in the Surgical Foundations course for the training of professionals in Surgical Instrumentors, the pillars of meaningful learning and how they intervene in the training of surgical instrumentation, the perception of teachers regarding meaningful learning will be collected. And the integration of the teacher based on experiences, meaningful learning in the training of the student in surgical foundations will be announced. To do this, a qualitative study methodology will be used, which allows us to interact orally with teachers and make use of each of their points of view with a previously informed consent and a series of in-depth interviews in which no will reveal any identity of the participant in the Research Project. With this research project, a high impact will be generated in the training of Surgical Instrumentation professionals. In the same way, all the teachers of the Surgical Instrumentation Program will benefit because they will be able to know the experiences of their colleagues. This research is important because the way in which knowledge is educated and generated in students who are in training will be reflected in their performance as a professional.
