El articulo da respuesta a la pregunta ¿Cómo se desarrolla el turismo en Zipaquirá? y tiene como objetivo hacer una revisión del estado del turismo en el municipio, para cumplir el objetivo el método que se usó fue un revisión de información extraída de entes gubernamentales al igual que de revistas indexadas, esta información fue ordenada por relevancia y cronología, para proveer al artículo la información más actualizada posible, de esta manera ser útil para la secretaría de desarrollo económico y sus planes de reactivación del turismo. Algunos hallazgos que se dieron fue la tendencia a visitar paraísos naturales que no estuvieran manipulados por el hombre, como el páramo de Guerrero, el cual ha aumentado el interés de los turistas y hacer ver a Zipaquirá como un nuevo paraíso natural, más allá de la Catedral de Sal.

Abstract
The article answers the question: How is tourism developing in Zipaquirá? Its objective is to review the state of tourism in the municipality. To achieve this objective, the method used was a review of information extracted from government entities as well as indexed journals. This information was sorted by relevance and chronology to provide the article with the most up-to-date information possible, thus making it useful for the Secretariat of Economic Development and its plans to revive tourism. Some of the findings included a trend toward visiting natural paradises that have not been manipulated by humans, such as the Guerrero moor, which has increased tourist interest and made Zipaquirá appear as a new natural paradise, beyond the Salt Cathedral.
