dc.description.abstractCoveercold is a thermal insulation designed to improve the habitability conditions related to thermal comfort in rural housing in Sumapaz. It seeks to respond to particular circumstances that represent an obstacle to guarantee an adequate temperature range (17 °c to 28 °c) within these dwellings. Additionally, it seeks to respond to the specific needs of the self-construction present in the community, so that the product is able to facilitate the installation process. dc.description.abstractenglishCoveercold es un aislamiento térmico diseñado para mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad relacionadas con el confort térmico dentro de la vivienda rural de Sumapaz. Busca dar respuesta a circunstancias particulares que representan un obstáculo para garantizar un adecuado margen de temperatura (17 °c a 28 °c) dentro de estas viviendas. Adicionalmente, busca responder a necesidades específicas de la autoconstrucción presente en la comunidad, por lo que se plantea un producto esté en disposición de facilitar los procesos de su instalación. El propósito de la investigación estuvo direccionado a la recolección de datos mediante herramientas de medición del clima y propiedades térmicas de los materiales, como también el nivel de conocimiento en torno a la bioclimática de las viviendas del sector. Esta información permitió identificar el contexto rural, ambiental y constructivo. Para poder brindar mejores alternativas en términos de transferencia térmica y usabilidad o instalación del producto. La investigación se desarrolló en 4 etapas. 1. Inicialmente, entender el contexto climático de Sumapaz (anexos 1 a 3) 2. El contexto de la autoconstrucción y que conocimiento de bioclimática pudiesen estar aplicando (anexo 4) 3. Análisis de las viviendas (tabla 3 y figuras 1, 2, 14, 15, 16, 28) 4. Finalmente, una etapa un poco más extensa de experimentación y comprobación que permitiera llegar a una síntesis de producto.
