Resumen
La Universidad El Bosque, institución educativa con más de 44 años de trayectoria y una de las mejores instituciones educativas del país, junto con su facultad de ingeniería impulsan proyectos con el fin de mantener su ranking, fortaleciendo la educación a través del esfuerzo, compromiso y la disciplina para lograr egresados altamente competitivos en el mercado laboral. Por tal motivo, el presente trabajo tiene directa relación con la especialización en gerencia de proyectos, siendo este postgrado el único Programa de Gerencia de Proyectos en Colombia con Acreditación Internacional de Alta Calidad, otorgada por el Global Acreditación Center, GAC®, del PMI®, y los terceros en toda Suramérica con esta distinción, y la maestría en gerencia organizacional de proyectos, un nuevo postgrado para la institución, con el fin de llegar y mantener en esta posición y, dar a conocer el nuevo programa académico de maestría el director del programa creo estrategias que involucraran al cuerpo docente y estudiantil para que con ayuda del PMI se llevaran a cabo sesiones virtuales de webinars y converstorios semestralmente, en relación a los webinars, hay una estrecha relación con el capítulo de Bogotá del PMI, lo que fortalece el interés en aspirantes, estudiantes, egresados e interesados en la gerencia de proyectos, a su vez los conversatorios son encuentros llamativos para que los estudiantes que ya están realizado la especialización en gerencia de proyectos quieran seguir el curso académico homologando y recibiendo su título de magister en gerencia organizacional de proyectos.

Abstract
The Universidad El Bosque, an educational institution with more than 44 years of experience and one of the best educational institutions in the country, together with its engineering faculty, promote projects in order to maintain its ranking, strengthening education through effort, commitment and the discipline to achieve highly competitive graduates in the labor market. For this reason, the present work is directly related to the specialization in project management, this being the only Project Management Program in Colombia with High Quality International Accreditation, granted by the Global Accreditation Center, GAC®, of the PMI® , and the third in all of South America with this distinction, and the master's degree in organizational project management, a new postgraduate degree for the institution, in order to reach and maintain this position and, to publicize the new academic master's program the director of the program, I created strategies that would involve the teaching and student body so that, with the help of the PMI, virtual sessions of webinars and conversations could be held every six months, in relation to the webinars, there is a close relationship with the Bogotá chapter of the PMI, which strengthens the interest in applicants, students, graduates and those interested in project management, in turn the talks are striking meetings s so that students who have already completed the specialization in project management want to continue the academic course by homologating and receiving their master's degree in organizational project management.
