dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo es una investigación descriptiva y analítica que tiene como objetivo presentar una propuesta de mejoramiento en los procesos internos de la empresa distribuidora de eléctricos Gerson DEG, encargada de la distribución de material de alta, media, baja tensión y residencial, la cual cuenta actualmente con 8 empleados, distribuidos en las áreas de ventas, financiera y despacho, quienes realizan el proceso de compra, pagos, ventas, recaudos y despachos de los productos a los clientes. El objetivo general de este proyecto es diseñar una propuesta con la cual se logre disminuir el índice de rotación de cartera, a través de mejoras basadas en herramientas de ingeniería y estrategias que permitan establecer una adecuada comunicación en los procesos internos de la compañía, con el fin de establecer un verdadero flujo de las actividades que realiza el personal y en qué aspectos se encuentran , dado que, se evidenció que dentro del proceso de prestación del servicio a los clientes los pagos no se realizan en los plazos estipulados, debido a que se deben hacer re facturaciones por la falta de comunicación entre las áreas y por el inadecuado manejo de la información dentro de la organización.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper is a descriptive and analytical research that aimsto present a proposal for improvement in the internalprocesses of the electrical distribution company GersonDEG, responsible for distributing high, medium, low Tensionand residential, which currently has 8 employees,distributed in the areas of sales, finance and Dispatch, whocarry out the process of purchasing, payments, sales,precautions and dispatch of products to customers. The general objective of this project is to design a proposalwith which to reduce the Portfolio rotation index, throughimprovements based on engineering tools and strategiesthat allow to establish an adequate communication in theprocesses In order to establish a true flow of the activitiescarried out by the staff and in what aspects are found,since, it was evident that in the process of providing theservice to the clients the payments are not made in the timeEstipu sides, because the lack of communication betweenthe areas and the inadequate management of informationwithin the Organization must be re-invoiced. In order to develop the objective, a diagnosis of the currentsituation was carried out, where a detailed description ofthe company's processes, its positions and currentfunctions is presented, as well as a plan of the service thatallowed to identify the failures in the flows of Information inthe different areas of the company, together with theapplication of a survey to the workers of the company, toidentify the current problems to solve with the proposal ofsolution. The solution proposal was defined in three fundamentalparts, the definition of the adjusted strategic planning of thecompany, that allows to have the charges according to thefunctions carried out in each area, the manual of functionsto support the planning Strategic and facilitate the selectionof the appropriate personnel and the application of theprocess management, which allows the design andimprovement of the internal processes of the company.Finally, the cost of implementing the proposal is calculatedand the benefits are described.	eng
