dc.description.abstract	El río Chiquinquirá es un recurso natural vital para el municipio de Chiquinquirá, pero también es uno de los más afectados por la expansión urbana ilegal. Abordé el tema del mejoramiento de la ronda del río Chiquinquirá cuando comencé a realizar mis practicas estudiantiles en agosto del 2022 en la Dirección Estratégica de Control Urbanístico, Ciudad y Territorio del municipio de Chiquinquirá dependencia de la secretaria de Planeación y Desempeño Institucional. En la dirección comencé a conocer más a fondo las problemáticas urbanas del municipio y con el tiempo fui dándome cuenta que una de ellas me parecía de gran importancia, pero nunca se había tratado el tema de cómo controlarla, que es la expansión urbana ilegal sobre la ronda del río Chiquinquirá. Este documento surge de mi interés por contribuir al mejoramiento de la ronda del río Chiquinquirá, que es una problemática urbana que no ha sido abordada adecuadamente por las autoridades locales. Mi objetivo es proponer un proyecto que se adapte al nuevo Plan Básico de Ordenamiento Territorial (PBOT) y que sea de gran impacto para la comunidad Chiquinquireña.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	The project consists of designing a linear park that improves the environmental and social situation of the Chiquinquirá River area, which is a vital natural resource for the municipality of Chiquinquirá, but which is affected by illegal urban expansion. The project arises from the author's interest in contributing to the improvement of the river ring, which is an urban problem that has not been adequately addressed by local authorities. The general objective is to design a linear park that recovers the river, stops illegal construction on the river, and offers a quality public space for the inhabitants of the municipality. The specific objectives are: to relocate people who live around the river in vertical homes on terraces that respect the minimum distance from the river; recover the river and its surroundings through ecological restoration techniques that include planting or reforestation with native species; and create public spaces near the river that allow the enjoyment of the new river and prevent illegal construction in those areas. The project adapts to the new Basic Territorial Planning Plan (PBOT) and seeks to have a great impact for the Chiquinquireña community.
