Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo es presentar los conocimientos adquiridos durante el diplomado de gobierno corporativo y gestión de inversión de la bolsa de valores de Colombia, desarrollando un análisis técnico y fundamental del comportamiento de la acción preferencial del emisor Davivienda durante el primer semestre del 2023, siendo Davivienda un banco que tiene mas de 50 años de trayectoria en el mercado colombiano.
En primer lugar, se dará a conocer brevemente el banco por medio de una reseña histórica, en la que se mostraran los hitos más importantes, que han hecho del banco, hoy en día uno de los más importantes e influyentes de Colombia. En este informe se recopilaron datos, gráficos e información fundamental para realizar un análisis descriptivo sobre el comportamiento del valor de la acción durante lo corrido del año 2023 donde se demuestran los drásticos movimientos que sufrió el activo frente al nuevo gobierno y sus políticas, igualmente de qué manera repercutieron los diferentes acontecimientos al marco de la economía global, generando una discusión sobre la situación económica actual del país y de la incertidumbre creada a los inversionistas, llegando así, a concluir la importancia de las políticas gubernamentales sobre la acción preferencial de Davivienda y como el activo reacciona frente a las diferentes situaciones y si vale la pena tenerla en cuenta para una futura inversión.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present the knowledge acquired during a diplomatic course done on corporate governance and investment management of the Colombian stock exchange, developing a technical and fundamental analysis of the behavior of the stock of the bank Davivienda during the first half of 2023, being Davivienda a bank that has more than 50 years of experience in the Colombian market.
Firstly, the bank will be briefly introduced through a historical summary, showing the most important milestones, which have made the bank one of the most important and influential in Colombia. In this study, data, graphs and fundamental information were all compiled to make a descriptive analysis on the behavior of the share value during the year 2023, where the drastic movements suffered by the stock in the face of the new government and its policies is evidenced, as well as the impact of the different events on the global economy, generating a discussion on the current economic situation of the country and the uncertainty created for investors. This will be concluded by providing the importance of government policies on Davivienda's preferred stock and how the asset reacts to different situations and whether it is worth taking into account for a future investment.
