dc.description.abstract	A continuación, se presenta el desarrollo de la propuesta para la creación de un hotel rural sostenible en el municipio de Gambita, Santander, con un enfoque centrado en la valorización del potencial paisajístico y cultural de la región. Inicialmente, se lleva a cabo una exhaustiva investigación y análisis de diversos aspectos, problemáticas y situaciones vinculadas al turismo en el área en cuestión. Con el objetivo de cumplir tanto los objetivos específicos como el general del proyecto, se derivan conclusiones a partir del análisis de referentes que priorizan el respeto al entorno y la identidad territorial, caracterizados por una intervención mínima y una adaptación contextual. El diseño arquitectónico del hotel se concibe con estrategias de sostenibilidad y bioclimática, con la aspiración de incrementar la demanda turística en la región, así como de fungir como un espacio inspirador y ejemplar para la comunidad local. El propósito es generar un impacto positivo y destacar la importancia del potencial paisajístico y cultural de la localidad, presentando una modalidad de turismo responsable. Se enfoca en la realización de actividades de apreciación del paisaje tanto para los residentes como para los visitantes, especialmente en entornos naturales y espacios públicos. El análisis realizado subraya la precariedad del desarrollo en estas zonas, destacando la limitada asignación de recursos por parte del municipio.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Next, the development of the proposal for the creation of a sustainable rural hotel in the municipality of Gambita, Santander, is presented, with a focus on the enhancement of the landscape and cultural potential of the region. Initially, an exhaustive research and analysis of various aspects, problems and situations related to tourism in the area in question is carried out. In order to meet both the specific and general objectives of the project, conclusions are derived from the analysis of referents that prioritize respect for the environment and territorial identity, characterized by minimal intervention and contextual adaptation. The architectural design of the hotel is conceived with sustainability and bioclimatic strategies, with the aspiration of increasing tourism demand in the region, as well as serving as an inspiring and exemplary space for the local community. The purpose is to generate a positive impact and highlight the importance of the landscape and cultural potential of the town, presenting a modality of responsible tourism. It focuses on conducting landscape appreciation activities for both residents and visitors, especially in natural settings and public spaces. The analysis underlines the precariousness of development in these areas, highlighting the limited allocation of resources by the municipality.
