The objective of the study was to analyze the different pricing, sustainability and coordination systems in the supply chain, focusing on how these areas impact profitability, competitiveness and consumer welfare. To this end, the literature related to price optimization in highly competitive contexts, reverse logistics management and sustainability in various industries was reviewed. Specifically, the methodology used was a comprehensive analysis of previous studies that addressed issues of pricing strategies in online retailers, inter-port competition, and the impact of government policies on reverse logistics and sustainable production. The results highlighted the importance of supply chain coordination, especially in circumstances characterized by intense competition, where pricing decisions influence the profitability of the actors involved. It was observed that the integration of sustainable strategies, such as remanufacturing and recycling, has the potential to increase the efficiency and profitability of companies, in addition to offering advantages to customers. In addition, it was identified that government policies, such as incentives for emissions reduction, favor the adoption of sustainable practices and promote competitiveness. In conclusion, the study showed that pricing strategies, sustainability and supply chain efficiency is intertwined with the fact that the supply chain must be seamlessly coordinated among the actors in the chain is key to improving both economic performance and environmental impact.
