El contenido del presente trabajo surge de la necesidad observada de poder analizar previamente si el apoyo de inversión que se realiza en las propuestas de proyectos productivos que llegan al área de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa de Pacific Rubiales Energy, es viable y sostenible. Para ello se realizó una revisión bibliográfica que permitió documentar elementos tales como los procesos de evaluaciones de sostenibilidad, el surgimiento de la organización, los motivos que generan sus altos compromisos sociales, antecedentes de evaluaciones de este tipo e indicadores del Global Reporting Initiative, entre otros. Con base en lo anterior se identificaron los aspectos a evaluar de los componentes que conforman la triple línea base de la sostenibilidad -ambiental, social y económico-, para poder involucrar los Principios del Marco de Inversión Social de la empresa, así como los Criterios del Modelo Productivo, los cuales dan direccionamiento y veracidad a los proyectos que se pretende apoyar para que estos, tengan alineación con la corporación. La metodología planteada para la evaluación de los proyectos productivos, consta de tres fases: las dos primeras de carácter excluyente y se toman como filtro de cumplimiento para los criterios establecidos. En primer lugar se evalúan los Principios del Marco de Inversión Social de PRE. Acto seguido, en la Fase 2, se evalúa el cumplimiento de los criterios del Modelo Productivo, y finalmente al llegar a la Fase 3, se divide en tres etapas, para evaluar cada una de las dimensiones de la sostenibilidad. En esta Fase, se consideraron y seleccionaron algunos indicadores planteados por el GRI 3.1, como otros específicos adicionales, de particular interés para la Unidad de Proyectos. El uso de dichos indicadores permitió evaluar un proyecto piloto, estableciendo la viabilidad o grado de sustentabilidad que se puede pronosticar del proyecto. Como conclusión, después de aplicar la metodología al proyecto piloto, se encontró que bajo los criterios establecidos, la evaluación arroja como resultado que el proyecto presenta una Sostenibilidad no asegurada, lo cual demuestra que no se cumplen a cabalidad los requisitos en todas las fases, para que este pueda ser apoyado de forma confiable y esperando óptimos resultados. Esta herramienta se encontró pertinente para la Unidad de Proyectos Productivos, ya que facilitará la evaluación de sostenibilidad de las propuestas, facilitando la toma de decisiones sobre el apoyo a las iniciativas recibidas.

Abstract
The content of this paper arises from the need to previously analyze whether the investment support provided to the productive project proposals that reach the Corporate Social Responsibility area of Pacific Rubiales Energy is viable and sustainable. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out to document elements such as the sustainability evaluation processes, the emergence of the organization, the reasons that generate its high social commitments, background of evaluations of this type and indicators of the Global Reporting Initiative, among others. Based on the above, the aspects to be evaluated of the components that make up the triple baseline of sustainability - environmental, social and economic - were identified, in order to involve the Principles of the Social Investment Framework of the company, as well as the Criteria of the Productive Model, which give direction and veracity to the projects to be supported so that they are aligned with the corporation. The methodology proposed for the evaluation of the productive projects consists of three phases: the first two are exclusive and are taken as a filter of compliance with the established criteria. First, the Principles of the PRE Social Investment Framework are evaluated. Then, in Phase 2, compliance with the criteria of the Productive Model is evaluated, and finally, in Phase 3, it is divided into three stages to evaluate each of the dimensions of sustainability. In this Phase, some indicators proposed by GRI 3.1 were considered and selected, as well as additional specific indicators of particular interest to the Projects Unit. The use of these indicators made it possible to evaluate a pilot project, establishing the feasibility or degree of sustainability that can be predicted for the project. In conclusion, after applying the methodology to the pilot project, it was found that under the established criteria, the evaluation showed that the project's sustainability was not assured, which demonstrates that the requirements are not fully met in all phases, so that it can be reliably supported and optimal results are expected. This tool was found to be relevant for the Productive Projects Unit, since it will facilitate the evaluation of the sustainability of the proposals, facilitating decision making on the support to the initiatives received.
