dc.description.abstract | El taller de electricidad automotriz Auto Hella, hoy en día no cuenta con una herramienta que le ayude a la gestión eficiente de los procesos de ventas, servicios y control de inventario. Por esta razón, se implementa un sistema de información web, que impacta directamente a la organización, al llevar a cabo toda la parte administrativa que se relaciona con los procesos mencionados anteriormente. El sistema tiene como principal función reducir los tiempos de ejecución de los procesos de ventas, servicios y control de inventario. Para el desarrollo de este sistema se toma como principal metodología, la metodología ágil SCRUM, en la fase de construcción, ya que dicha metodología permite tener un desarrollo con respecto a la opinión del cliente, y consigo, permite tener una retroalimentación de este y realizar los cambios de ser necesarios. Se presentaron los resultados finales según lo acordado con el cliente, logrando una gestión eficiente de los procesos de ventas, servicios y control de inventario. | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | The Auto Hella automotive electrical shop does not currently have a tool that helps it to efficiently manage the sales, service and inventory control processes. For this reason, a web-based information system was implemented, which directly impacts the organization by carrying out all the administrative tasks related to the processes mentioned above. The main function of the system is to reduce the execution time of the sales, service and inventory control processes. For the development of this system, the agile SCRUM methodology was used as the main methodology, in the construction phase, since this methodology allows to have a development with respect to the client's opinion, and with it, allows to have feedback from the client and to make changes if necessary. The final results were presented as agreed with the client, achieving an efficient management of sales, services and inventory control processes. | |
