Resumen
Los pacientes con antecedente de enfermedad mental del régimen subsidiado pasan por diferentes situaciones burocráticas para recibir su medicación de manera completa por parte de sus entidades promotoras de salud (EPS) y aunque ésta no es la única manera de mantener su salud, sí se convierte en una de las causas por las que consultan en el servicio de urgencias y hospitalización al área de psicología; desde la bioética se puede articular y entender esta situación con la teoría de las libertades y la justicia distributiva que puede aportar en el trato igualitario y considerado a todas las poblaciones, desde el principio de beneficencia generando un bien común para todos sin necesidad de ocasionar mal o daño. Para el desarrollo del tema se realiza un estudio de caso con fines didácticos mediante la metodología propuesta por el autor Diego Gracia para evaluar la posibilidad de toma de decisiones que permitan mejorar la calidad de vida y participación social de estos pacientes.

Abstract
Patients with a history of mental illness from the subsidized regime go through different bureaucratic situations to receive your medication completely from its health promoting entities (EPS) and although this is not the only way to maintain its health, yes it becomes one of the causes for which they consult in the emergency department and hospitalization to the area of psychology; from bioethics you can articulate and understand this situation with the theory of freedoms and distributive justice that can contribute in the treatment egalitarian and considered to all populations, from the beginning of charity generating a common good for all without the need to cause evil or harm. For the development of the theme a case study is carried out for didactic purposes using the methodology proposed by the author Diego Gracia to evaluate the possibility of making decisions to improve the quality of life and social participation of these patients.
