El propósito de este estudio cuantitativo con alcance descriptivo es examinar entre los años 2016 al año 2021 el comportamiento del sector solidario a través de las afiliaciones al sistema, definiendo este como el número de personas que acceden a los servicios, aportan a ellos y cómo las entidades del sector solidario colombiano han decrecido. Se buscará realizar proyecciones a futuro donde se puedan brindar estrategias en pro de mejorar el funcionamiento de estas entidades. Para el estudio se evaluarán factores como: el Sistema Integral de Gestión del Riesgo (SIAR), economía de las solidarias, entidades activas actualmente en cámara y comercio, crecimiento anual de la asociación y el número de asociados activos. Todo esto teniendo en cuenta el periodo entre 2016 al 2021. La investigación y delimitación se realizará basados en datos ya existentes por parte de la empresa Cornotare la cual es el Fondo de empleados de notariado y registro sin ánimo de lucro la cual está creada con el fin de propender por el bienestar social, económico y cultural de los empleados de los sectores notarial y registral del país la cual tiene una trayectoria de más 52 de años. Dentro de los servicios ofrecidos por Cornotare se encuentran: servicios de ahorros, líneas de crédito, subsidios, capacitaciones, convenios y encuentros deportivos. Página 7 | 53 Esta entidad nos brindará y apoyará con la información requerida para primeramente introducir el tema con un estudio brindado por Cámara y Comercio y la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio entre empresas solidarias a nivel Colombia y posteriormente asociándolo a un único caso de estudio con la empresa Cornotare. Además de esto uno de los factores limitantes es la difícil disposición de datos en las redes digitales, se encuentran muy poca información que sea de ayuda en el tema central de esta investigación es de aclarar que el análisis se realizó limitándonos a la empresa Cornotare como referente de otras empresas del mismo objeto social y podrá en un futuro trasladar la investigación a una población mayor.

Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative study with a descriptive scope is to examine between the years 2016 and 2021 the behavior of the solidarity sector through affiliations to the system, defining this as the number of people who access services, contribute to them and how entities of the Colombian solidarity sector have decreased. Future projections will be sought where strategies can be provided in order to improve the functioning of these entities. For the study, factors such as: the Comprehensive Risk Management System (SIAR), solidarity economy, entities currently active in chambers and commerce, annual growth of the association and Página 8 | 53 the number of active associates will be evaluated. All this considering the period between 2016 and 2021. The investigation and delimitation will be carried out based on existing data by the Cornotare company, which is the non-profit Notarial and Registry Employees Fund, which is created to promote the social, economic and cultural well-being of employees of the notarial and registry sectors of the country, which has a history of more than 52 years. Among the services offered by Cornotare are: savings services, lines of credit, subsidies, training, agreements and sporting events. This entity will provide and support us with the information required to first introduce the topic with a study provided by the Chamber of Commerce and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce among solidarity companies at the Colombian level and later associating it with a single case study with the Cornotare company. In addition to this, one of the limiting factors is the difficult provision of data in digital networks, there is very little information that is helpful in the central theme of this research is to clarify that the analysis was carried out limiting ourselves to the Cornotare company as a reference. from other companies with the same corporate purpose and may in the future transfer the research to a larger population.
