Resumen

Un grupo de ópticas ubicado en el barrio del Olaya en la ciudad de Bogotá ha crecido de manera significativa y el manejo de la información para el inventario y la gestión de historias clínicas de sus pacientes comenzó a ser insuficiente. A partir de la necesidad y teniendo en cuenta que a nivel nacional e internacional en software de inventarios se maneja la gestión de almacenes y el almacenamiento de múltiples ubicaciones, se tomó en consideración desarrollar un aplicativo web llamado “Sistema de Gestión de Ópticas SIGEOP”. Adicional a la gestión de inventario también considera, siguiendo el ejemplo de otras experiencias, la administración de información personal, así como también, opciones de agendamiento, el manejo de historia clínica y para estas problemáticas el uso de la nube como solución. Al realizar la implementación del sistema SIGEOP dentro de cada una de las ópticas se tuvo en consideración dos variables: La primera son los tiempos de demora que hay al realizar cada una de las acciones antes de realizar la implementación y después de realizar la implementación. Gracias a esto, se puede entender que, dado el resultado de las pruebas, el tiempo ha sido superior al promedio establecido. Esto es debido a que aún se están acoplando al nuevo sistema. Así mismo, al realizar el análisis de la segunda variable de medición la cual es la persistencia de la información, ha demostrado que toda la información almacenada tanto de las historias clínicas como de el inventario se ha filtrado y la propuesta planteada genera una estrategia rápida, segura y confiable de manejo de información.

Abstract

A group of opticians located in the Olaya’s neighborhood, in the city of Bogotá, has grown significantly causing the management of information for the inventory and management of their patients' medical records began to be insufficient. Based on that need and considering that, at a national and international level, inventory software includes the management of warehouses and storage of multiple locations, it was considered to develop a web application called "SIGEOP Optics Management System". In addition to inventory management, it also considers, following the example of other experiences, the administration of personal information, as well as scheduling options, the management of medical records and, for this purpose, the use of the cloud as a solution. When implementing the SIGEOP system within each of the optics, two variables were taken into consideration: The first one is the delay times that exist when performing each of the actions before carrying out the implementation and after carrying out the implementation. In conclusion, it can be understood that, given the results of the tests, the time has been higher than the established average. This is because they are still getting attached to the new system. Likewise, when carrying out the analysis of the second measurement variable, which is the persistence of the information, it has shown that all the information stored from both the medical records and the inventory has been filtered and the proposed proposal generates a fast, safe and reliable information management system.
