INTRODUCCIÓN: Se propone una revisión bibliográfica de prevalencia e incidencia del Síndrome Burnout en la Salud Mental del personal médico en América Latina durante el periodo 2021. Esto con la finalidad de describir lo más relevante de la investigación, dando a conocer la importancia que tiene la misma en el área de la Salud Mental y ser una investigación base para estudio de futuras investigaciones a nivel Nacional.
METODOLOGÍA: La metodología de la investigación es de tipo cualitativa, revisión bibliográfica de un total de 30 artículos, con un diseño sistemático de documentos, El instrumento utilizado para realizar la revisión documental fue la matriz de revisión de datos pertinentes para el proceso de análisis.
RESULTADOS Y CONCLUSIONES: La revisión de un total de 30 artículos y documentos relacionados con el síndrome de Burnout y su incidencia en el personal médico en América Latina, se realizó una matriz documental de la cual se obtuvieron diferentes aportes, se puede observar que en términos generales este fenómeno ha impactado significativamente al personal debido a que guarda relación no solo con el factor físico, sino también psicológico de los empleados en el sector salud. Trayendo consigo un crecimiento acelerado de la presencia del Síndrome de Burnout.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION: A bibliographic review of the prevalence and incidence of Burnout Syndrome in the Mental Health of medical personnel in Latin America is proposed during the period 2021. This with the purpose of describing the most relevant aspects of the research, making known the importance of same in the area of Mental Health and be a research base for the study of future research at the National level.
METHODOLOGY: The research methodology is qualitative, bibliographic review of a total of 30 articles, with a systematic design of documents. The instrument used to carry out the documentary review was the data review matrix relevant to the analysis process.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: The review of a total of 30 articles and documents related to Burnout syndrome and its impact on medical personnel in Latin America, a documentary matrix was made from which different contributions were obtained, it can be observed that in terms In general, this phenomenon has significantly impacted personnel because it is related not only to the physical factor, but also to the psychological factor of employees in the health sector. Bringing with it an accelerated growth in the presence of Burnout Syndrome.
