Resumen
Este estado del arte fue elaborado desde un enfoque cualitativo, a partir de una investigación documental, inicialmente se hace una recopilación de información de antecedentes a nivel Internacional, Nacional y local, desde la búsqueda de ludotecas que se han propuesto o diseñado en distintos lugares y a partir de los cuales se reconocen los hallazgos que impactan la actualidad. Del análisis de estos referentes nacen estas categorías como Niños y Niñas: Sujetos De Derecho, la Educación como Derecho Que Rompe Barreras y Estereotipos, la Discapacidad y la Educación: Una Oportunidad Para Todas y Todos, las Ludotecas: Un Lugar no Solo Para Jugar y la Inclusión: Como Acto de Integración Para Todas las Personas sin Excepción. Esta investigación tiene la intención de brindar la oportunidad a los niños, niñas y jóvenes, tener acceso a la ludoteca de manera grupal y personalizada, con el fin de obtener aprendizajes significativos resaltando la educación inclusiva teniendo en cuenta los objetivos del desarrollo sostenible que hoy en día es fundamental en el desarrollo integral de todas las personas sin excepción.

Abstract
This state of the art was elaborated from a qualitative approach, from a documentary research, initially a compilation of background information at the international, national and local level is made, from the search of toy libraries that have been proposed or designed in different places and from which the findings that have an impact on the present time are recognized. From the analysis of these referents are born these categories such as Children: Subjects of Rights, Education as a Right that Breaks Barriers and Stereotypes, Disability and Education: An Opportunity for All, Toy Libraries: A Place Not Only to Play and Inclusion: As an Act of Integration for All People without Exception. This research intends to provide the opportunity for children and young people to have access to the toy library in a group and personalized way, in order to obtain significant learning highlighting inclusive education taking into account the objectives of sustainable development that today is fundamental in the integral development of all people without exception.
