dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación analiza las necesidades de transformación en el departamento de TI, para este caso en FAMISANAR EPS, la cual es una entidad promotora de salud que se dedica a gestionar el riesgo en salud de sus afiliados a través del desarrollo de procesos ágiles y accesibles que permitan que el usuario interno y externo pueda gestionar sus necesidades de manera segura y efectiva, durante la presente investigación se realiza un análisis de brechas identificando que requiere la organización a nivel de transformación, la empresa cuenta con fallas de alineación estratégica de los proyectos que se ejecutan y se tiene un desconocimiento a nivel vertical de los precedentes, en la presente propuesta se plantea la divulgación de planeación estratégica desde la gerencia general hasta el departamento de TI y todas sus áreas, junto al planteamiento de un modelo de transformación organizacional que aplicara de forma transversal en el departamento. La presente investigación de consulto mediante un diagnostico organizacional, la misión, visión y la definición de valor que tiene Famisanar EPS frente los beneficios que se buscan dentro del departamento de TI, esto permite conocer la planeación estratégica de la organización y las capacidades con las que cuenta, y así se define la inclusión nuevas capacidades materializadas en resultados de los proyectos que se tiene proyectados desplegar a través de un modelo de transformación organización, el cual, es el producto de la presente investigación. Para ello se define un plan de ejecución el cual se denominara plan de transición, el cual abarca todos los programas y proyectos que se tienen definidos para erradicar con las brechas identificadas durante la etapa de análisis y diagnóstico de los procesos actuales dentro del departamento de TI de la organización Famisanar EPS | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | This research analyzes the transformation needs in the IT department, in this case in Famisanar EPS, which is a health promoting entity that is dedicated to managing the health risk of its members through the development of agile and accessible processes. that allow the internal and external user to manage their needs safely and effectively, during this investigation a gap analysis is carried out identifying what the organization requires at the transformation level, the company has strategic alignment failures of the projects that are executed and there is a lack of knowledge at a vertical level of the precedents, this proposal proposes the dissemination of strategic planning from general management to the IT department and all its areas, together with the approach of an organizational transformation model that will apply transversally in the department. This consultative investigation, through an organizational diagnosis, the mission, vision and definition of value that Famisanar EPS has compared to the benefits sought within the IT department, this allows us to know the strategic planning of the organization and the capabilities with which that counts, and this is how the inclusion of new capabilities materialized in the results of the projects that are planned to be deployed through an organizational transformation model is defined, which is the product of this research. To do this, an execution plan is defined, which will be called a transition plan, which covers all the programs and projects that have been defined to eradicate the gaps identified during the analysis and diagnosis stage of the current processes within the IT department of the Famisanar EPS organization. | |
