Resumen
El presente trabajo de grado consistió en la realización de la Planificación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para el servicio de disposición final de residuos sólidos en el Relleno Sanitario Terrazas del Porvenir de COSERVICOS S.A.E.S.P a partir de un diagnóstico el cual se llevó a cabo en tres fases, inicialmente se realizó la Revisión Ambiental Inicial del servicio, en segundo lugar se formuló la política ambiental y por último se realizó la estructura del manual de planeación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental. La Planificación del Sistema de Gestión ambiental fue realizada con base en el apartado PLANIFICACIÓN de Norma ISO 14001: 2004, definiendo para la Compañía herramientas necesarias para el desarrollo de la implementación y Operación, Verificación y Revisión por la dirección del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental para el servicio de disposición final de residuos sólidos en el relleno sanitario regional “Terrazas del Porvenir”.

Abstract
The present work of degree consisted in the realization of the Planning of the Environmental Management System for the service of final disposal of solid waste in the Landfill Terrazas del Porvenir of COSERVICOS S.A.E.S.P from a diagnosis which was carried out in three phases, initially the Initial Environmental Review of the service was carried out, secondly the environmental policy was formulated and finally the structure of the planning manual of the Environmental Management System was carried out. The Planning of the Environmental Management System was carried out based on the PLANNING section of ISO 14001: 2004, defining for the Company the necessary tools for the development of the implementation and Operation, Verification and Review by management of the Environmental Management System for the solid waste disposal service at the "Terrazas del Porvenir" regional sanitary landfill.
