Resumen
Considerando que para muchos de los estudiantes que están a punto de culminar su carrera profesional como artistas escénicos les es un reto ubicarse laboralmente y de manera sostenible bien sea por falta de conocimientos u oportunidades, hemos decido ir a lo que para nosotros es el centro de la problemática ¿Es posible vivir del arte escénico en Bogotá?; nuestra intención es indagar a través de este cuestionamiento y llegar a una respuesta concreta, para esto hemos diseñado una serie de capítulos que nos servirán como guía para ubicarnos en el contexto social e íntimo del profesional de las artes escénicas y su recorrido para auto sustentarse económicamente en la ciudad; finalmente esperamos que esta investigación pueda servir de guía en algún momento para aquellos futuros artistas que se cuestionen sobre si esta profesión es o no rentable para subsistir.

Abstract
Considering that for many of the students who are about to finish their professional career as performing artists, it is a challenge to find a job and in a sustainable way either due to lack of knowledge or opportunities, we have decided to go to what for us is the center of the problem, Is it possible to live from scenic art in Bogotá?; Our intention is to investigate through this questioning and arrive at a concrete answer, for this we have designed a series of chapters that will serve as a guide to understand the social and intimate point of view of the performing arts professional and their journey to be economically located in the city; Finally, we hope that this research can serve as a guide at some point for those future artists who question whether or not this profession is profitable to survive.
