En el corazón de Buenaventura, donde el sol acaricia las arenas y el viento susurra historias ancestrales, surge un tejido de identidad y orgullo forjado por manos mágicas que transmiten las tradiciones de la comunidad afrodescendiente. Este proyecto es un relato enriquecedor sobre cómo las generaciones jóvenes internalizan su herencia afrodescendiente y la expresan en sus vidas diarias. Cada niña, desde su nacimiento, emprende un viaje al ritmo del tambor, fusionando su alma con la danza y su piel con los colores del entorno.
La investigación, con un propósito claro desde su inicio, analiza los efectos de la identidad y la historia en las niñas de Buenaventura. Con la metodología de investigación-acción, se invita a las niñas a explorar sus raíces, utilizando instrumentos como entrevistas y diarios de campo. Las niñas, convertidas en narradoras de sus propios viajes, revelan vínculos profundos con sus ancestros y una apreciación inquebrantable por su cultura.
Las imágenes y vídeos capturan momentos auténticos de la vida cotidiana, mientras que los "kuagros", talleres inspirados en la lengua palenque, sumergen a las niñas en una introspección cultural. Este proceso revela la magia interior de cada participante, un poder que se convertirá en un agente transformador en una sociedad que necesita amor, comprensión y respeto.
Las niñas, junto a sus madres, tías, hermanas, primas y abuelas, defienden su herencia, desde la forma de peinar sus rizos hasta la creación de platos que gritan "ORGULLO". Estas herederas de la cultura afro reflejan el valor de ser afrodescendientes desde una edad temprana, honrando una historia de lucha que se remonta a la esclavitud. En sus ojos resplandece el futuro, lleno de sueños y esperanzas, guiados por la luz que representa la identidad cultural.

Abstract
In the heart of Buenaventura, where the sun caresses the sands and the wind whispers ancestral stories, a fabric of identity and pride emerges, forged by magical hands that transmit the traditions of the Afro-descendant community. This project is an enriching account of how the younger generations internalize their Afro-descendant heritage and express it in their daily lives. Each girl, from birth, embarks on a journey to the rhythm of the drum, fusing her soul with dance and her skin with the colors of the environment.
The research, with a clear purpose from its inception, analyzes the effects of identity and history on the girls of Buenaventura. With the action-research methodology, the girls are invited to explore their roots, using instruments such as interviews and field diaries. The girls, who become narrators of their own journeys, reveal deep ties to their ancestors and an unwavering appreciation for their culture.
Images and videos capture authentic moments of daily life, while "kuagros," workshops inspired by the Palenque language, immerse the girls in cultural introspection. This process reveals the inner magic of each participant, a power that will become a transformative agent in a society in need of love, understanding and respect.
The girls, along with their mothers, aunts, sisters, cousins and grandmothers, stand up for their heritage, from the way they style their curls to the creation of dishes that scream "PRIDE." These heiresses of Afro culture reflect the value of being of African descent from an early age, honoring a history of struggle that dates back to slavery. In their eyes shines the future, full of dreams and hopes, guided by the light that represents cultural identity.
