Resumen
Las viviendas rurales en Colombia se caracterizan por adaptarse a las necesidades y funciones espaciales de cada lugar, las cuales están determinadas por dos aspectos importantes: la autoconstrucción y la cultura ancestral. Estos factores influyen en los modos de habitar y responden a las condiciones climáticas y sociales de su entorno. Al hablar del mejoramiento de vivienda rural en Colombia, es necesario tener en cuenta las dinámicas culturales que la conforman. Se debe extraer información que permita comprender las necesidades espaciales específicas de la población rural para desarrollar soluciones pertinentes a las agrupaciones de vivienda rural. En el corregimiento de Morindó Santa Ana, ubicado en el municipio de Los Córdobas en el departamento de Córdoba, Colombia, existe un asentamiento de viviendas rurales a lo largo de una vía terciaria donde se ha llevado un diagnóstico a las condiciones de vulnerabilidad de hábitat de la comunidad allí asentada, con el objetivo de proponer una solución de vivienda que se adapte a dicha comunidad.

Abstract
Rural houses in Colombia are characterized by adapting to the needs and spatial functions of each place, which are determined by two important aspects: self-construction and ancestral culture. These factors influence the ways of living and respond to the climatic and social conditions of their environment. When talking about the improvement of rural housing in Colombia, it is necessary to take into account the cultural dynamics that make it up. Information must be extracted to understand the specific spatial needs of the rural population in order to develop pertinent solutions to rural housing clusters. In the township of Morindó Santa Ana, located in the municipality of Los Córdobas in the department of Córdoba, Colombia, there is a rural housing settlement along a tertiary road where a diagnosis has been carried out on the conditions of vulnerability of the habitat of the community settled there, with the aim of proposing a housing solution that adapts to said community.
