Resumen
El presente trabajo estudia la viabilidad de crear un establecimiento deportivo que brinde servicios para la práctica de pádel en la ciudad de Bogotá, el cual surge de la necesidad de un espacio exclusivo en donde las personas puedan cumplir con el objetivo de llevar un estilo de vida saludable, practicando un deporte distinto a los que se juegan habitualmente en el país. A lo largo del trabajo se establece por medio de diferentes herramientas de ingeniería, aplicadas a un estudio comercial, técnico y financiero, si el proyecto es viable o no.
Durante el desarrollo del trabajo se ilustra la identificación de la oportunidad de negocio por medio de un sondeo y una investigación de fuentes secundarias que manejan información del mercado. Con base en la oportunidad establecida, se definen las herramientas y actividades a desarrollar considerando cada objetivo planteado. Más adelante, se construye el estudio comercial como base del proyecto, prosiguiendo con el estudio técnico, en donde se da un panorama de los aspectos operativos y recursos necesarios para la prestación del servicio, y por último, se realiza el estudio financiero, con el fin de establecer si el proyecto planteado es viable en términos de rentabilidad económica.

Abstract
This work studies the feasibility of creating a sports establishment that provides services for the practice of padel in the city of Bogotá, which arises from the need for an exclusive space where people can meet the objective of leading a lifestyle healthy, practicing a fifferent sport from the ones usually played in the country. Throughout the financial work, it is established by means of different engineering tools, applied to a commercial and technical study and, if the project is viable or not.
During the development of the work, the identification of the business opportunity is illustrated by means of a survey and an investigation of secondary sources that handle market information. Based on the established opportunity, the tools and activities to be developed are defined considering each proposed objective. Later, the commercial study is built as the basis of the project, continuing with the technical study, where an overview of the operational aspects and resources necessary for the provision of the service is given, and finally, the financial study is carried out, with the In order to establish if the proposed project is viable in terms of economic profitability.
