dc.description.abstractEl liderazgo transformacional (LT) se ha destacado como un estilo de liderazgo que influye significativamente en la innovación organizacional al promover comportamientos laborales innovadores y fomentar una cultura de innovación. A través de una revisión sistemática de literatura basada en el protocolo PRISMA, este estudio evaluó la asociación entre el liderazgo transformacional y la innovación en organizaciones de diversos contextos. El proceso de cribado seleccionó un total de 20 artículos. Los resultados indican que los líderes transformacionales, mediante estrategias como la motivación inspiradora y la estimulación intelectual, potencian la creatividad y el desempeño innovador en los equipos de trabajo. Sin embargo, se identificaron inconsistencias en contextos organizacionales rígidos y culturas conformistas, donde la influencia del LT sobre la innovación fue menos significativa. Este análisis subraya la importancia de diseñar intervenciones prácticas y políticas organizacionales que prioricen el LT como eje para la innovación y el desarrollo organizacional sostenible.
dc.description.abstractenglishTransformational leadership (LT) has been highlighted as a leadership style that significantly influences organizational innovation by promoting innovative work behaviors and fostering a culture of innovation. Through a systematic literature review based on the PRISMA protocol, this study assessed the association between transformational leadership and innovation in organizations from diverse contexts. The screening process selected a total of 20 articles. The results indicate that transformational leaders, through strategies such as inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation, enhance creativity and innovative performance in work teams. However, inconsistencies were identified in rigid organizational contexts and conformist cultures, where the influence of LT on innovation was less significant. This analysis underscores the importance of designing practical interventions and organizational policies that prioritize LT as an axis for innovation and sustainable organizational development.
