Resumen
Físico Training System es un gimnasio que se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Metepec en el estado de México. En estas instalaciones se cuenta con varios procesos internos, los cuales aún no han sido digitalizados, esto hace que exista una carencia de seguridad y se presenten contratiempos. Con base en esta información, este proyecto propone la implementación de un aplicativo web diseñado a la medida y a las necesidades del beneficiario, teniendo como base algunos comportamientos que se presentan dentro de los CRM (Customer relationship management) y los ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), se optimizaron los procesos que se llevan a cabo en el gimnasio, esto con el fin de reducir tiempos y costos en la ejecución de los mismos. Para esto se implementó la metodología de Proceso Unificado Ágil (AUP), la cual fue seleccionada dadas las condiciones del proyecto y las necesidades del beneficiario. Dentro de este marco de desarrollo se tuvo en cuenta cada una de las fases que son establecidas por la metodología las cuales son: Inicio, donde se identifica el alcance del proyecto, se realiza la arquitectura potencial para el sistema y se obtiene aprobación por el beneficiario, luego se inicia la elaboración, que busca probar la arquitectura del sistema, posteriormente va la construcción que nos permite realizar la construcción del software teniendo al beneficiario en reuniones periódicas para contemplar cambios y finalmente la transición, donde se valida y se despliega el sistema en el entorno productivo para el cumplimento de las buenas prácticas de desarrollo. Se encontró que los resultados de este proyecto son muy positivos para el beneficiario, donde los tiempos en los diferentes procesos que no estaban digitalizados disminuyeron considerablemente, en un promedio de 60%, adicionalmente la seguridad con los documentos e información aumento favorablemente un 100%.

Abstract
Físico Training System is a gym located in Metepec in the State of Mexico. This facility has internal processes that haven’t been digitalized yet, this makes the gym information insecure and also time wasting. With this information this Project propose the implementation of a custom-made web app, designed with the needs and measures that the customer decide. Taking into account some behaviors of a CRM (Customer relationship management) and also a ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Optimizing the processes that are taking place inside the facility. This with a final purpose of less time wasting and less cost for executing processes. For this development, Agile Unified Process (AUP) was the methodology chosen, taking into account the conditions of the project and the customer needs. In this metrology we used all the steps it offers, such as: Inception, where the reach of the Project is defined and the start of architectural designs for the potential system, obtaining the customer approval, then the next step is the elaboration step, where the architectural design is approved and moving on to the construction, the software is starting to take its shape with constant feedback from the customer. Finally, the transition, where the product gets validated and it’s deployed on the facility to complete all steps on this methodology to guarantee the good use of programming skills.
At the end, the results of this project are very positive for the customer, the time was reduced average by 60% and the security was increased by 100%.
