dc.description.abstractEl área de soporte de la Universidad El Bosque, se encarga de brindar soluciones tecnológicas frente a los problemas que presenta la comunidad educativa. Además, el área se encarga de llevar un control del ingreso y salida de los docentes de los salones del bloque A, B, instalaciones de Chía y aulas móviles. La información se maneja por medio de formularios los cuales generan que tengan la información en diferentes lugares. El sistema pretende que sea más sencillo para el área, recopilar la información y disponer de esta de la manera más sencilla y rápida. El sistema que sé desarrollo haciendo uso de tecnologías como NextJS, React y JavaScript, todos esto estructurado desde una arquitectura en capas y teniendo a Kanban como metodología de referencia. Como resultados se tiene el análisis de los procesos actuales del área y como se puede llegar a impactar con el sistema; se logró diseñar y desarrollar un aplicativo en donde se lleva el control de las clases y de los soportes; brindando una mejora en la calidad de los reportes generados por el sistema.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe support area of Universidad El Bosque is responsible for providing technological solutions to the problems presented by the educational community. In addition, the area is responsible for keeping track of the entry and exit of teachers in the classrooms of block A, B, Chia facilities and mobile classrooms. The information is handled by means of forms that generate the information in different places. The system aims to make it easier for the area to collect the information and make it available in the simplest and quickest way. The system was developed using technologies such as NextJS, React and JavaScript, all this structured from a layered architecture and having Kanban as a reference methodology. As results we have the analysis of the current processes of the area and how they can be impacted with the system; it was possible to design and develop an application where the control of classes and supports is carried out; providing an improvement in the quality of the reports generated by the system.
