Resumen
En el presente trabajo se muestra los resultados a la fecha y el avance significativo del proyecto VetMSoft.
Primeramente, se realiza una contextualización acerca del problema u oportunidad identificada en el contexto de las veterinarias de Bogotá D.C. En esta primera etapa se realiza todo el proceso necesario con el fin de obtener la mayor cantidad de información. Seguidamente se plantea la solución de ingeniería en donde se establecen los lineamientos, objetivos del proyecto, el alcance y la metodología que se va a emplear con el fin de concretar el proyecto. En este paso se hace una exhaustiva investigación para encontrar información precedente y que sirva de insumo para el proyecto. Después de considerar y llevar a cabo todo lo anteriormente planteado, se procede al desarrollo del artefacto solución, considerando las etapas y metodología definida con anterioridad. La siguiente fase que se considera es el análisis de los procesos y requerimientos que tienen las veterinarias, éste se llevó a cabo mediante una serie de observaciones y entrevistas hechas a un grupo específico de veterinarias en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. En esta fase se obtiene un documento de requerimientos que sirve de insumo a la siguiente fase. La segunda fase es la fase del diseño de la solución, en donde se consolidan los diferentes diseños de los componentes lógicos y físicos. En esta fase se obtiene un documento de diseño de la arquitectura, el cual sirve de lineamiento e insumo para la fase posterior. La tercera fase muestra los resultados parciales que se obtienen en el desarrollo del artefacto solución, en ella se consolidaron los apartados: 1. La gestión administrativa, las historias clínicas y 2. Adopción de mascotas. Este sistema de información se desplegó en un ambiente de pruebas en donde se llevaron a cabo los diferentes tipos de validaciones: académica, estática y dinámica; con ayuda de éstas se validaron los diferentes aspectos técnicos y humanos. Dentro de los resultados se observó la optimización de tiempos en algunos procesos y se cuantificó la percepción sobre el apoyo a la toma de decisiones por parte de los participantes en la prueba piloto, manifestando agrado con la herramienta y el trabajo desarrollado; se muestra también la relación entre las diferentes transformaciones que sufrió el contexto del problema a través del modelo biopsicosocial y cultural. Este proyecto sienta las bases de un sistema de información enfocado a las veterinarias y dentro de los trabajos futuros se plantea una serie de mejoras y características nuevas. Finalmente se muestran las lecciones aprendidas durante el transcurso de las diferentes etapas del proyecto experimentadas por parte de los autores del proyecto y su influencia en el trabajo desarrollado.

Abstract
In the following document is presented the results obtained to date and the significant progress of the VetMSoft project. First of all, a contextualization is made about the problem or opportunity identified in the context of the veterinary clinic of Bogotá D.C. In this first stage, all the process that is necessary is realized out in order to obtain the greatest amount of information. Next, the engineering solution is proposed where the guidelines, objectives, the scope and the methodology that will be used are established. In this step, an exhaustive investigation is carried out in order to find previous information that will serve as input for the development of the project. After considering and carrying out all the above, we proceed to the development of the solution artifact, considering the stages and methodology defined previously. The next phase that is considered is the analysis of the processes and requirements that the veterinary clinic have, this analysis was carried out through a series of observations and interviews made to a specific group of veterinary clinics from Bogotá D.C. In this phase, a requirements document was obtained, and it serves as input to the next phase. The second phase is the solution design phase, where the different designs of the logical and physical components are consolidated. In this phase, an architecture design document is obtained which serves as a guideline and input for the next phase. The third phase shows the partial results obtained in the development of the solution artifact. In this phase, the administrative management section, medical records and the pet adoption section were consolidated. This information system was deployed in a test environment where the different academic, static and dynamic validations were carried out with the help of these, the different technical and human aspects were validated, within the results an improvement was observed in times of some processes and the perception of support for decision-making on the part of those involved in the pilot test was quantified, expressing a liking with the tool and the work developed, the relationship between the different transformations suffered by the context of the problem is also shown. Through the biopsychosocial and cultural model, this project lays the foundations for an information system focused on veterinarians and within future work a series of improvements and new features are proposed. Finally, the lessons learned during the course of the different stages of the project experienced by the participants of this project and their influences on the work carried out are shown.
