dc.description.abstractEste proyecto surge por la falta de conciencia y los riesgos del uso excesivo de las redes sociales en la sociedad, que logra negativamente la capacidad de relacionarse en el mundo real y tener consecuencias en el bienestar emocional, físico y mental de los jóvenes. Por tal razón se diseño Heroes on the Net que es un juego de mesa que tiene como objetivo promover el bienestar digital en los jóvenes. Su diseño es por medio de casillas, en donde los jugadores interactúan en un tablero físico con cartas y elementos digitales, donde desarrollan habilidades críticas como la resolución de problemas, la toma de decisiones y la empatía mediante desafíos y dinámicas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project arises from the lack of awareness and the risks of excessive use of social media in society, which negatively affects the ability to relate in the real world and has consequences on the emotional, physical and mental well-being of young people. For this reason, Heroes on the Net was designed as a board game that aims to promote digital well-being in young people. Its design is through boxes, where players interact on a physical board with cards and digital elements, where they develop critical skills such as problem solving, decision making and empathy through challenges and dynamics.
