dc.description.abstract	Mag Efficient Accountants, firma contable en Bogotá fundada el 13 de enero de 2014, se especializó en contabilidad, auditoría financiera y asesoría tributaria, atendiendo principalmente a clientes del sector petrolero. Con 15 empleados y más de 35 clientes, la empresa comenzó a enfrentar dificultades en la gestión de procesos contables y el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales debido al control que se manejaba para todas las actividades que tenían los colaboradores. Para resolver estos desafíos, se desarrolló un sistema de información web que permitió monitorear las tareas de los empleados, enviar informes para su aprobación y generar alertas que ayudaron a cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales, reduciendo el riesgo de sanciones de entidades como la DIAN. Este sistema mejoró la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones, apoyando la sostenibilidad de la firma.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Mag Efficient Accountants, an accounting firm in Bogotá founded on January 13, 2014, specialized in accounting, financial auditing and tax advice, mainly serving clients in the oil sector. With 15 employees and more than 35 clients, the company began to face difficulties in managing accounting processes and complying with tax obligations due to the control that was managed for all the activities that the collaborators had. To solve these challenges, a web information system was developed that made it possible to monitor employee tasks, send reports for approval and generate alerts that helped comply with tax obligations, reducing the risk of sanctions from entities such as the DIAN. This system improved operational efficiency and decision making, supporting the firm's sustainability.
