Resumen
Propósito
El propósito de este artículo es analizar cómo la inteligencia artificial influye en la sostenibilidad empresarial para el cumplimiento de los ODS. El presente documento explica como por medio de algunas herramientas de la Inteligencia Artificial como el Data Science y los modelos de algunas organizaciones internacionales que han incorporado esta misma herramienta, han logrado mantener la sostenibilidad de sus procesos.
Diseño
Este estudio está basado en una revisión de literatura en la cual se utilizaron los términos clave de Sostenibilidad e Inteligencia Artificial aplicada en las organizaciones. Por otro lado, se utilizaron documentos publicados entre los años 1995 y 2019 en done al final se obtuvieron 63 referencias entre artículos cualitativos empíricos y artículos cualitativos conceptuales.
Hallazgos
Los hallazgos principales del documento sugieren que la inteligencia artificial, inicialmente la herramienta del Data Science, puede contribuir a la aplicación de la sostenibilidad en las empresas de una manera eficiente. Finalmente, las tenencias de las empresas que ya han usado estas herramientas de inteligencia artificial han obtenido beneficios sustanciales con respecto a la sostenibilidad y el cumplimiento de los ODS.
Implicaciones
Los resultados de estudio sugieren que la aplicación de la inteligencia artificial permitiría a las organizaciones abrir un nuevo panorama con respecto a la sostenibilidad y al cumplimiento de los ODS. También, se sugiere que la aplicación de educación tecnológica ayudaría a las empresas a aplicar más la inteligencia artificial para obtener beneficios.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this article is to analyze how artificial intelligence influences business sustainability for the achievement of the SDGs. This document explains how by means of some Artificial Intelligence tools such as Data Science and the models of some international organizations that have incorporated this same tool, they have managed to maintain the sustainability of their processes.
Design
This study is based on a literature review in which the key terms of Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence applied in organizations were used. On the other hand, documents published between 1995 and 2019 were used, in which at the end, 63 references were obtained between empirical qualitative articles and conceptual qualitative articles.
Findings
The main findings of the document suggest that artificial intelligence, initially the tool of Data Science, can contribute to the application of sustainability in companies in an efficient way. Finally, the holdings of companies that have already used these artificial intelligence tools have realized substantial benefits with respect to sustainability and meeting the SDGs.
Implications
The study results suggest that the application of artificial intelligence would allow organizations to open a new landscape with respect to sustainability and meeting the SDGs. Also, it is suggested that the application of technological education would help companies to apply more artificial intelligence to obtain benefits.
