Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo hacer una revisión documental sobre el proceso de reintegro y/o reubicación laboral en artículos de revistas indexadas y trabajos de grado de especializaciones y maestrías. A partir de los datos sobre accidentalidad y enfermedad laboral en Colombia, se puede establecer que hay una importante disminución frente a las cifras entre 2018 y 2019, aun así, queda un largo camino por recorrer frente a prevención y seguridad y salud en el trabajo. El proceso de reintegro laboral está reglamentado por el gobierno y las organizaciones tienen un deber con sus empleados, sin embargo, a pesar de ello el proceso no resulta exitoso porque no se tienen en cuenta las etapas y no se ejecuta a cabalidad el plan de rehabilitación que es fundamental para el proceso. Por lo tanto, las mayores dificultades no se encuentran inmersas en las guías para desarrollar la intervención sino en la falta de capacitación del tema y en la ausencia de cumplimiento de estándares de calidad de las organizaciones.

Abstract
The objective of this research was to carry out a documentary review on the process of reinstatement and / or job relocation in articles from indexed journals and degree works of specializations and masters. Based on the data on accidents and occupational diseases in Colombia, it can be established that there is a significant decrease compared to the figures between 2018 and 2019, even so, there is still a long way to go regarding prevention and safety and health at work. The labor reinstatement process is regulated by the government and organizations have a duty to their employees, however, despite this, the process is not successful because the stages are not taken into account and the rehabilitation plan is not fully executed. which is critical to the process. Therefore, the greatest difficulties are not immersed in the guides to develop the intervention but in the lack of training on the subject and in the absence of compliance with the quality standards of the organizations.
