Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar las prácticas pedagógicas implementadas en el Colegio Indígena Ubamux del Resguardo Indígena Muisca de Cota, Cundinamarca. Esto a través de la caracterización de prácticas de enseñanza y aprendizaje allí implementadas, la construcción colectiva de fundamentos ontológicos muiscas y la definición de algunas orientaciones pedagógicas. Para esto se definió un enfoque cualitativo con investigación descriptiva, en cuanto al método se trabaja desde las etnografías colaborativas y comprometidas. A través de esta investigación se evidencia la importancia de reconocer la diversidad cultural de la Comunidad Indígena Muisca, principalmente en el ámbito educativo; se destaca la necesidad de proteger y respetar la educación propia y la obligación de garantizar espacios educativos interculturales en la institución, pues la educación occidentalizada que reciben en este momento por ser una de las sedes de la IED Enrique Pardo Parra, está afectando la construcción social y cultural de los estudiantes que hacen parte del resguardo.

Abstract
The present research aims to analyze the pedagogical practices implemented at the Indigenous School Ubamux in the Muisca Indigenous Reservation of Cota, Cundinamarca. This is done through the characterization of teaching and learning practices implemented there, the collective construction of Muisca ontological foundations, and the definition of some pedagogical guidelines. A qualitative approach with descriptive and explanatory research was defined for this purpose, working with collaborative and engaged ethnographies as the method. This research highlights the importance of recognizing the cultural diversity of the Muisca Indigenous Community, particularly in the educational field. It emphasizes the need to protect and respect indigenous education and to ensure intercultural educational spaces within the institution. Currently, the Westernized education received at the IED Enrique Pardo Parra, where the students from the reservation attend, is affecting the social and cultural development of the students.
