dc.description.abstract | SystemVote S.A.S es una empresa encargada de la gestión de Asambleas y votaciones electrónicas. El sistema utilizado actualmente se ha elaborado y ajustado a lo largo de los años respondiendo a las necesidades que iban surgiendo. La problemática identificada radica en que el sistema que se utiliza cuenta con algunos fallos de rendimiento tales como registrar un usuario o realizar el registro masivo de usuarios y votos. Ya que el enfoque inicial no satisfacía la necesidades de los clientes principales, después de tantos ajustes surge la necesidad de replantear un nuevo sistema. Como resultado se tiene un sistema de información desarrollado con la metodología SCRUM y además de esto, haciendo uso de tecnologías alineadas a la escalabilidad solicitada. El sistema de información funciona para la gestión de votaciones electrónicas, ha sido probado por la empresa y vecinos del mismo edificio donde se encuentra ubicada, se identificaron importantes mejoras en cuanto a la usabilidad, aumentando también la percepción de confianza por parte de los usuarios hacia esta nueva versión, además siendo más escalable, tuvo un rendimiento destacable en la carga de información, trazabilidad de los votos y generación del reporte de votación. | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | SystemVote S.A.S. is a company in charge of the management of assemblies and electronic voting. The system currently in use has been developed and adjusted over the years in response to emerging needs. The problem identified lies in the fact that the system in use has some performance failures such as registering a user or performing the massive registration of users and votes. Since the initial approach did not meet the needs of the main clients, after so many adjustments the need to rethink a new system arose. The result is an information system developed with the SCRUM methodology and, in addition to this, using technologies aligned to the requested scalability. The information system works for the management of electronic voting, has been tested by the company and neighbors of the same building where it is located, significant improvements were identified in terms of usability, also increasing the perception of confidence by the users to this new version, also being more scalable, had an outstanding performance in loading information, traceability of votes and generation of the voting report. | |
