dc.description.abstract | En el panorama del comercio global de café, garantizar la trazabilidad de los procesos de producción de café, es esencial. En este documento se propone una arquitectura que combina la transparencia de la tecnología blockchain con la singularidad de los Tokens No Fungibles (NFT) para reforzar la trazabilidad de la producción de café colombiano. El sistema busca fortalecer la confianza de los consumidores al confirmar el origen y la transparencia de la producción de café, empodera a los productores locales al validar su producto, reduce el potencial fraude a través de entradas a prueba de manipulaciones, optimiza las operaciones de la cadena de suministro y potencia la imagen de marca global del café colombiano. Esta consolidación de blockchain y NFT representa un posible cambio de paradigma no solo para la trazabilidad del café, sino también como un modelo para industrias que buscan mejorar la autenticidad y la confianza de los participantes. | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | In the global coffee trade’s landscape, ensuring the traceability of coffee production is a must. This paper proposes an architecture that combines the transparency of blockchain technology with the uniqueness of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) to enhance the traceability of Colombian coffee. This prototype aims to strengthen consumer trust by verifying the origin and authenticity of coffee production. It seeks to empower local coffee farmers by validating their product, reduces potential fraud through tamper-proof entries, optimizes supply chain operations, and enhances the global brand image of Colombian coffee. The consolidation of blockchain and NFT represents a potential paradigm shift not only for coffee traceability but also as a blueprint for industries seeking to improve authenticity and stakeholder trust. | |
