dc.description.abstract	En el presente documento que se realizó durante el primer periodo académico del año 2018, en la Universidad El Bosque, se establece el Plan de Ahorro y Uso Eficiente de la Energía – PAUEE–, que crea los lineamientos que permiten administrar el uso de la energía eléctrica al interior del campus Usaquén, todo lo anterior se logró gracias a la utilización de una metodología que consta de tres fases, en la primera fase se elaboró la línea base del estado actual del Subsistema de Ahorro y Uso Eficiente de la Energía –SAUEE–, en la segunda fase se evaluaron las situaciones problema y se generaron estrategias para su solución, y por último se evaluó en términos económicos las estrategias encontradas. Durante la primera fase se realizó una caracterización energética permitió conocer todos los componentes de la infraestructura eléctrica de la Universidad, para ello se usaron las siguientes herramientas: observación, trabajo de campo, facturación, planos de infraestructura eléctrica, bases de datos de equipos y trabajos de grados, gracias a esto se establecieron consumos mensuales, anuales y se hallaron los determinantes o actividades que ejercen presión sobre el recurso energético (Iluminación, Equipos de Computó, Equipos Varios y Equipos de Uso Personal), al final se priorizaron los determinantes utilizando el método de PARETO. En la segunda fase se usó el Sistema de Solución Creativa para Problemas Recurrentes ITACONE, con el que se estableció la situación actual, la ideal y se halló la diferencia entre las dos (problema), a partir de esto se generaron las ideas de solución de las que nacen las estrategias de gestión que permiten alcanzar la situación ideal del SAUEE, al final se ponderaron estas estrategias y se escogieron las pertinentes (Campañas de educación ambiental, Cambio de tecnología y la implementación de energías renovables). Finalmente, se evaluó en términos económicos las estrategias propuestas con el cálculo de un periodo promedio de recuperación de la inversión - PPRI, como resultado se encontró que estas estrategias en conjunto podrían significar un ahorro de 24% del consumo mensual de energía que representa un ahorro de $19.627.049 mensuales.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the present document that was made during the first academic period of the year 2018, at the El Bosque University, the Efficient Energy Saving and Use Plan (PAUEE) is established, which creates the guidelines that allow managing the use of energy. Within the Usaquen campus, all of the above was achieved thanks to the use of a methodology consisting of three phases. In the first phase, the baseline of the current state of the Efficient Energy Saving and Use Subsystem -SAUEE- was developed., in the second phase the problem situations were evaluated and strategies were generated for their solution, and finally the strategies found were evaluated in economic terms. During the first phase an energy characterization was carried out, allowing to know all the components of the University's electrical infrastructure, for which the following tools were used: observation, field work, billing, electrical infrastructure plans, equipment and work databases of degrees, thanks to this, monthly, annual consumption was established and the determinants or activities that exert pressure on the energy resource were found (Lighting, Computing Equipment, Miscellaneous Equipment and Personal Use Equipment), in the end the determinants were prioritized using the PARETO method. In the second phase, the ITACONE Creative Solution System for Recurring Problems was used, with which the current situation was established, the ideal situation and the difference between the two was found (problem), from which the ideas for solving the problem were generated. the management strategies that allow the ideal situation of the SAUEE are born, in the end these strategies were weighted and the pertinent ones were chosen (environmental education campaigns, technology change and the implementation of renewable energies). Finally, the proposed strategies were evaluated in economic terms with the calculation of an average period of recovery of the investment - PPRI, as a result it was found that these strategies together could mean a saving of 24% of the monthly energy consumption that represents a saving of $ 19,627,049 monthly.	eng
