dc.description.abstract | Resumen Introducción : El síndrome de burnout, también conocido como síndrome de desgaste profesional, es un fenómeno reconocido que suele afectar a los profesionales de la salud en todo el mundo. Este síndrome se caracteriza por un estado de agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y una disminución en la realización personal, resultado de la exposición prolongada a factores de estrés en el ambiente laboral. Describir la ocurrencia de Síndrome de Burnout en la población de profesionales de la salud según la literatura científica. Se hizo una revisión de la literatura científica, por medio de la cual se recolectaron datos obtenidos durante la búsqueda de información en las bases de datos; Embase, Pubmed, BVS (Bireme), Sage Journals, incluyendo estudios de los últimos 5 años y en idiomas; inglés, portugués y español. | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | Introduction: Burnout syndrome, also known as burnout syndrome, is a recognized phenomenon that usually affects health professionals worldwide. This syndrome is characterized by a state of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and a decrease in personal fulfillment, resulting from prolonged exposure to stress factors in the work environment. To describe the occurrence of Burnout Syndrome in the population of health professionals according to the scientific literature. Data collection was carried out by searching for information in the databases; Embase, Pubmed, BVS (Bireme), Sage Journals, including studies from the last 5 years and in languages; English, Portuguese and Spanish. | |
