Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la relación entre factores de la dimensión espiritual y la calidad de vida en salud de 40 pacientes entre 30 y 80 años, que tenían enfermedades cardiovasculares y asistían a un programa de Rehabilitación Cardíaca, durante la investigación se aplicó el Cuestionario de Espiritualidad de Parsian y Dunning y el Cuestionario SF-36; de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se evidenció una correlación significativa entre la subescala Vitalidad (CVRS) y la puntuación total del cuestionario de Espiritualidad (Rho= 0,337, P=,033). Como principales limitaciones se identificaron: el bajo nivel educativo, la amplia variabilidad de diagnósticos y las fases del programa en las que se encontraban los participantes, por tanto se sugiere tener mayor control de éstos en futuras investigaciones.

Abstract
The aim of the present investigation was to evaluate the relationship between factors of the spiritual dimension and the quality of life in the health of 40 patients between 30 and 80 years of age, who had cardiovascular diseases and were attending a Cardiac Rehabilitation program; According to the results obtained, there was a significant correlation between the Vitality subscale (HRQOL) and the total score of the Spirituality questionnaire (Rho= 0.337, P=.033). The following were identified as the main limitations: the low educational level, the wide variability of diagnoses and the phases of the program in which the participants were, therefore it is suggested to have greater control of these in future research.
