dc.description.abstractEste documento refleja las actividades desarrolladas en el marco interinstitucional celebrado entre el Instituto Amazónico de Investigaciones Científicas Sinchi y la Universidad el Bosque, específicamente en la Colección de Microalgas Acuáticas de la Amazonía Colombiana. Se apoyaron los procesos de curaduría realizando la determinación del estado de 164 muestras liquidas (presencia de hogos, bacterias u otras características), generando registros fotográficos e ilustrativos nuevos con un total de 908 fotografías y 877 registro de ilustración y/o anotaciones taxonómicas y generando el ingreso de 40 muestras en total. Además, con el fin de fortalecer la colección, se generó el protocolo de manejo, paso necesario para el registro de esta frente al Registro Nacional de Colecciones Biológicas (RNC). Por último, se realizó la caracterización de un conjunto de muestras de microalgas asociadas a seis sitios de la cuenca del Caño Jamuco en el municipio de Vistahermosa (Meta), a partir de esto se generó el catalogo de algas de la microcuenca del Caño Jamuco.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document reflects the activities carried out in the inter-institutional framework held between the Instituto Amazónico de Investigaciones Científicas Sinchi and the Universidad el Bosque, specifically in the Aquatic Microalgae Collection of the Colombian Amazon. The curatorial processes were supported by determining the status of 164 liquid samples (presence of fungi, bacteria or other characteristics), generating new photographic and illustrative records with a total of 908 photographs and 877 record of illustration and / or taxonomic annotations and generating the entrance of 40 samples in total. In addition, to strengthen the collection, the management protocol was generated, a necessary step for registering this against the National Register of Biological Collections (RNC). Finally, the characterization of a set of microalgae samples associated to six sites in the Caño Jamuco basin in the municipality of Vistahermosa (Meta) was carried out, from which the catalog of algae from the Caño Jamuco microbasin was generated.eng
