Resumen
SEALED for YOUR PROTECTION es un compendio de textos a través de las cuales la autora narra algunos encuentros que ha tenido con el plástico de un sólo uso a lo largo de su crecimiento. El texto es acompañado por unos dípticos fotográficos en los cuales se retratan texturas de la piel y de diferentes objetos plásticos. A partir del ejercicio de escritura de este libro se pretende reflexionar sobre el problema de la contaminación ambiental desde un punto de vista personal e íntimo, pero lejano de los lugares comunes dentro de los cuales se habla del mismo tema. Se hace una relación entre la materialidad del cuerpo humano y el objeto polimérico buscando entender a ambos como entidades habitantes en el mismo plano de la realidad en contraste a la idea de ignorar y desechar.

Abstract
SEALED for YOUR PROTECTION is a compendium of texts through which the author narrates some encounters she has had with single-use plastic throughout her growth. The text is accompanied by photographic diptychs in which skin textures and different plastic objects are portrayed. From the writing exercise of this book, it is intended to reflect on the problem of environmental pollution from a personal and intimate point of view, but far from the commonplaces within which the same topic is discussed. A relationship is made between the materiality of the human body and the polymeric object seeking to understand both as entities that live on the same plane of reality in contrast to the idea of ignoring and discarding.
