Resumen
El siguiente documento tiene como objetivo ejecutar la metodología del PMI en lo relacionado con
el proyecto fases de construcción e hincado de pilotes en concreto para torre y torre grúa del
proyecto la cima, en el cual se aplicaron todas las técnicas y procesos establecidos en la guía
PMBOK 6ta edición publicada por el Project Managment Institute, donde se pretende la
elaboración, transporte e inca de los 93 pilotes en el tiempo estipulado de 33 días calendario
ajustándonos al presupuesto y objetivos corporativos establecidos.

Abstract
The objetive of te following document is to execute the PMI methodology in relation to the project
phases of construction and driving of concrete piles for the tower and crane tower of the La Cima
project, in which all the techniques and processes established in the guide were applied. PMBOK
6th edition published by the Project Management Institute, where the elaboration, transport and
inca of the 93 piles is intended in the stipulated time of 33 calendar days adjusting to the budget
and established corporate objectives.
