La magia de la pluma: estrategia pedagógica de creación literaria para la convivencia de los estudiantes del grado sexto del colegio Santa Lucía (IED) de Bogotá D.C.

Resumen
Al evidenciar una problemática escolar en el Colegio Santa Lucía (IED), representado por las dificultades de convivencia entre sus estudiantes, específicamente en los y las estudiantes de grado sexto y tras las observaciones de los y las docentes se identificó que los conflictos de violencia que se presentan en la comunidad escolar, se incrementaron después del regreso a clases presenciales al finalizar el confinamiento obligatorio de la pandemia originada por el Covid-19, cuyo resultado altera la tranquilidad, el rendimiento escolar y el comportamiento de las y los adolescentes. Por ello, mediante una herramienta de creación literaria, se propone una estrategia de intervención pedagógica “de creación literaria” con los y las estudiantes, que se presume puede fortalecer la educación centrada en una sana convivencia y mitigar los riesgos de la existencia de actos de violencia al interior de la institución educativa.
La creación literaria no se limita a plasmar un conjunto de palabras, sino que (Ramírez y López, s.f.), “funge como fuente de poder, como necesidad social y como una forma de obtener conocimiento y resolver problemas” acercando a las y los adolescentes del grado sexto, a propiciar preguntas y dar por sí mismos respuestas en torno a las problemáticas que viven, a sus inquietudes, a sus expectativas y miedos, a partir del pensamiento literario y promoviendo el pensamiento crítico en los participantes.
Para lograr la implementación y análisis de la estrategia se trabajó en el desarrollo de los siguientes objetivos: Describir la situación problema sobre la convivencia de las y los estudiantes del grado sexto en el Colegio Santa Lucía IED, diseñar y aplicar un taller de creación literaria con las y los estudiantes del grado sexto para brindar herramientas que permitan la mitigación de los conflictos y así lograr los efectos de la implementación del taller en la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes de grado sexto del Colegio Santa Lucía IED.
Esto condujo al logro del objetivo general de este proyecto investigativo, que dicta: Analizar los efectos de la estrategia pedagógica de creación literaria: La magia de la pluma, para la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes de grado sexto del Colegio Santa Lucía IED de Bogotá D.C.
De esta manera se aplicó la opción metodológica Investigación-Acción (IA), desde el enfoque cualitativo, que, dentro del desarrollo de la investigación, hace uso de herramientas como observación participante y taller de escritura, a partir de las cuales se recolectó la información sobre una dinámica de análisis práctico y conceptual, con el fin de dar paso a las conclusiones y recomendaciones acerca del tema de investigación.
Finalmente, después de realizada la investigación se identificó que esta actividad llevó a las y los estudiantes de sexto grado del Colegio mediante las expresiones literarias realizadas por ellos mismos, a asimilar sus propios valores, fortaleciendo el pensamiento creativo, creando un camino de conocimientos hacia la formación del ser, mejorando sus comportamientos y aceptándose cómo ellos son.

Abstract
When evidencing a school problem in the Santa Lucía School (IED), represented by the difficulties of coexistence among its students, specifically in the sixth-grade students, and after the observations of the teachers, it is identified that the conflicts of violence are increased after the return to face-to-face classes at the end of the mandatory confinement of the pandemic caused by Covid-19, the result of which alters the tranquility, school performance and behavior of adolescents. For this reason, through a tool of literary creation, a pedagogical intervention strategy "of literary creation" is proposed with the students, which presumably can strengthen education focused on a healthy coexistence and mitigate the risks of the existence of acts of violence within the educational institution.
Literary creation is not only capturing a set of words but (Ramírez y López, s.f.) "serves as a source of power, as a social need and as a way of obtaining knowledge and solving problems," bringing adolescents closer to the sixth grade, to ask questions and give answers on their own about the problems they experience, their concerns, their expectations and fears, based on literary thought, promoting critical thinking in the participants.
To achieve the implementation and analysis of the strategy, we worked on the development of the following objectives: Describe the problem situation regarding the coexistence of sixth-grade students at the Santa Lucía IED School, design and apply a literary creation workshop with the sixth-grade students to provide tools that allow the mitigation of conflicts and evaluate the effects of the implementation of the workshop on the school coexistence of the sixth-grade students of School Santa Lucía IED.
This led to the achievement of the general objective of this research project, which dictates: Analyzing the effects of the pedagogical strategy of literary creation: The magic of the pen, for the school coexistence of the sixth-grade students of the Santa Lucía IED School in Bogotá D.C.
In this way, the Action-Research (IA) methodological option was applied from the qualitative approach, which within the development of the research, makes use of tools such as participant observation and writing workshop, from which information on a dynamic of practical and conceptual analysis, to give way to the conclusions and recommendations about the research topic.
Finally, after the investigation was carried out, it was identified that this activity led the sixth-grade students of the College, through the literary expressions made by themselves, to assimilate their values, strengthening creative thinking, creating a path of knowledge towards the formation of the being, improving their behaviors and accepting themselves as they are.
