Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo principal diseñar y ejecutar un montaje de teatro musical que permita el mejoramiento de la competencia social en los estudiantes del colegio Toberín durante el periodo de aislamiento originado por la pandemia Covid-19. Para esto, se establecen estrategias metodológicas relacionadas con la enseñanza de teatro, se plantean características de la población, se realiza la creación y ejecución de una obra de teatro musical y la planeación de talleres de desarrollo artístico.
El contenido de este proyecto se presenta por capítulos. En el primer capítulo se presenta la investigación, donde se encuentra el planteamiento del problema, objetivos, justificación y antecedentes. El segundo capítulo corresponde al marco teórico; donde se presentan bases sobre Trabajo por proyectos, aprendizaje colaborativo y cooperativo, teatro musical, educación virtual y adolescencia. El tercer capítulo hace referencia a la metodología, donde se describe el tipo de estudio y las técnicas de recolección utilizadas durante el proceso. En el cuarto capítulo se detalla el desarrollo de la experiencia a partir de 4 fases: planeación, formación, creación y de montaje. El capítulo 5 se refiere a la sistematización de la experiencia, los resultados del grupo focal y las conclusiones del trabajo. Por último, se presenta el listado de anexos y referentes bibliográficos.
Se espera que este trabajo pueda serle útil a docentes que quieran implementar el teatro musical dentro de sus planes de curso en medio de la actual virtualidad. Así mismo pueda ser útil como punto de partida en la investigación académica del teatro musical como herramienta pedagógica en Colombia y Latinoamérica.

Abstract
The main objective of this project is to design and execute a musical theater production that allows the improvement of social competence in the students of the Toberín school during the period of isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. For this, methodological strategies related to the teaching of theater are established, characteristics of the population are proposed, the creation and execution of a musical theater play and the planning of artistic development workshops are carried out.
The content of this project is presented by chapters. In the first chapter the research is presented, where the problem statement, objectives, justification and background are found. The second chapter corresponds to the theoretical framework; where bases on project work, collaborative and cooperative learning, musical theater, virtual education and adolescence are presented. The third chapter refers to the methodology, where the type of study and the collection techniques used during the process are described. The fourth chapter details the development of the experience from 4 phases: planning, training, creation and assembly. Chapter 5 refers to the systematization of the experience, the results of the focus group and the conclusions of the work. Finally, the list of annexes and bibliographic references is presented.
It is expected that this work can be useful to teachers who want to implement musical theater within their course plans in the midst of current virtuality. Likewise, it can be useful as a starting point in the academic research of musical theater as a pedagogical tool in Colombia and Latin America.
