Cardiovascular diseases represent the group of chronic non-communicable diseases with the highest prevalence worldwide. Within this group of pathologies, heart failure (HF) stands out due to its high burden of morbidity and mortality. Cardiovascular rehabilitation programs and cardiopulmonary exercise testing are currently considered two complementary pillars for the prognostic and therapeutic management of this population.
