Delta Company desempeña su objeto social en el sector de tecnología del hogar, buscando satisfacer las necesidades a nivel tecnológico de los hogares, ofreciendo productos con un alto nivel de innovación y precios competitivos frente a las medias del mercado. Delta Company es una empresa destacada por su alto nivel de innovación y calidad de marca. Se realiza un estudio del progreso y evolución de la compañía durante el periodo 2019-2023, enfocado principalmente en las áreas de recursos humanos, marketing, finanzas y logística, todas las áreas fueron evaluadas de acuerdo a los indicadores obtenidos en cada periodo producto de las decisiones tomadas por los miembros del equipo gerencial de la compañía, los cuales tenían como objetivo lograr un crecimiento de la compañía en todos los periodos.

Abstract
Delta Company’s business social function is to create home technology, we aim to satisfy the needs regarding the technology market by offering products with high innovation and competitive prices relative the medium of the market. Delta Company stands out for their high innovation levels and branding. The evolution and progress of the company during the 2019-2023 was studied mainly focused on the marketing, human resources, finances and logistics areas, of which, each one of them were carefully evaluated according to the different indexes obtained on each period derived of the decisions made by the management team, who had as main goal to achieve the growth of the company during the four years they were in charge.
