Resumen de la publicaciónEl presente proyecto abordará el tema de una idea de negocio para lograr un buen
aprovechamiento de la “planta de paz” en Colombia y transformar su fruto, en un producto
de valor agregado. Este producto, será el Chocolate y para el rescate de las antiguas
costumbres de la siembra se utilizará el movimiento orgánico. Asimismo, identifica las
necesidades de población específica que nace de tendencias específicas o tiene intolerancia
a ciertos elementos que tiene el chocolate tradicional, encontrando un nicho en el mercado
que las empresas tradicionales aún no han satisfecho. Con eso en mente, el propósito de
este proyecto es brindar al mercado, un chocolate más saludable y accesible que los que ya
existen en el mercado colombiano.

Resumen de la publicación en inglésThe present project, will approach the topic about a business idea for achieving a good
exploitation of the “peace plant” in Colombia and transform its fruit, in a value added
product. This product, will be the Chocolate and for the rescue of the ancient customs of
sowing, the organic movement will be used. Also, it identifyes the needs of specific
population that borned from diffferent tendencies or have intolerance to certain elements
that the traditional chocolate has, finding a niche in the market that the traditional
companies have not satisfyed yet. With that in mind, the purpose of this project is to
provide to the market, a healthier and accesible chocolate than those which already exists
on the Colombian Market.
