Perspectivas sobre la enseñanza de la clasificación Internacional del funcionamiento, discapacidad y salud como modelo de razonamiento clínico en rehabilitación oncológica

La preocupación alrededor de los problemas relacionados con el funcionamiento, discapacidad y calidad de vida relacionada con salud de los pacientes supervivientes de cáncer implica la introducción de un marco general para guiar la atención de los profesionales del área de la rehabilitación. El marco conceptual para el desarrollo de la presente investigación es la Clasificación Internacional de Funcionamiento, Discapacidad y Salud (CIF), considerado el más relevante para que los estudiantes lleven a cabo un adecuado proceso de razonamiento clínico. Sin embargo, se han documentado dificultades en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje y uso práctico de dicha clasificación. Por lo anterior, la presente investigación, de tipo cualitativo y paradigma naturalista, se centrará en conocer las perspectivas de enseñanza y aprendizaje que tienen, profesionales y estudiantes con respecto a la CIF, de áreas de la rehabilitación que asisten a práctica clínica en una institución especializada en el manejo de pacientes con cáncer. La selección de participantes se realizará por medio de muestreo de tipología intencional, dirigida y no probabilística y se espera incluir al 50% de docentes y 23% de estudiantes. La recolección de datos se realizará por medio de entrevistas estructuradas a docentes y grupos de enfoque de estudiantes, lo que permitirá recopilar diversas perspectivas. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos serán validados por expertos con escala Tipo Likert y se establecerá la validez de contenido de dichos instrumentos por medio del coeficiente de fiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach. Se realizará una prueba piloto de entrevista estructurada con experto y prueba piloto de grupo de enfoque con 3 estudiantes. Para el análisis de datos se empleará el software Atlas.ti Qualitative Data Analysis. Al finalizar la investigación se espera identificar dificultades, fortalezas, estrategias pedagógicas e importancia de la enseñanza de CIF.

Abstract
The concern for the problems related to the functioning, disability and quality of life related to the health of the surviving cancer patients implies the introduction of a general framework to guide the attention of the professionals in the rehabilitation area. The conceptual framework to develop the present research is an International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Model (ICF), considered the most relevant tool for students to have an appropriate clinical reasoning. However, difficulties have been documented in the processes of teaching - learning and the practical use of this classification. For this reason, the present investigation, of a qualitative type and naturalistic paradigm, will focus in the perspectives on teaching Physical Therapy students and teachers in rehabilitation areas about ICF, that assist to clinical practice on specialized institution in the management of patients with cancer. The selection of participants will be done through of an intentional typology sampling, directed and not probabilistic and expected to include 50% of teachers and 23% of students. The data collection will be collected through structured interviews with teachers and student focus groups, to get the different perspectives. The data collection instruments will be validated by experts using the Likert Type scale and the validity of the contents of the instruments will be established through the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of reliability. A pilot structured interview will be conducted with an expert and a focus group pilot with 3 students. The Atlas.ti Qualitative Data Analysis software will be used for data analysis. At the end of the investigation, is expected to identify difficulties, strengths, pedagogical strategies and the importance the ICF education.
